How long does a delivery take?
Most in-city deliveries land in about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on distance and traffic. The app shows a live estimate before you confirm.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is by distance and parcel size, and the full fare is shown in the app before you confirm. There are no surprise charges at drop-off.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently operate across 18 zones in Addis Ababa. If your pin falls outside the covered area the app will tell you before you order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, telebirr and major cards are all supported. Business accounts can be invoiced monthly instead.
Can I deliver with Gereb?
Yes. If you have a motorbike or bicycle and know the city, apply through the riders page and our team will get in touch.
